Watt you get

The Gearrista system removes particles before they settle, before they turn abrasive and before friction begins to build. What remains is a drivetrain that runs smoother, quieter and more efficiently. Ride after ride.

The result is:

  • Smoother, quieter drivetrain
  • Reduced wear on chain and cassette
  • Less need for deep cleaning
  • Lower drivetrain resistance
  • More consistent power transfer

Used after every ride. No water. No setup. No disassembly. The process takes 10 minutes and fits seamlessly into your riding routine.

Maintains peak performance

Independent drivetrain testing has shown that surface particles measurably increase friction over time. Typical drivetrain losses include:

  • 3–5W from light particle buildup
  • 20–30W in extreme abrasive conditions
  • 6–7W in high-performance drivetrains at 250W load

The Gearrista result:

  • Preserved available power
  • More efficient power transfer
  • Lower drivetrain resistance
  • Performance maintained closer to its optimal level

Wear is reduced before it begins

Small particles enter the drivetrain on every ride. When they remain, they mix with the lubricant and turn into an abrasive compound which increases friction, resistance and wear over time. Gearrista interrupts that process early. Instead of removing buildup occasionally, it removes small amounts continuously, before particles has time to settle and develop. Deep cleaning is still needed, but less often.

No abrasive interaction

Gearrista is engineered around cassette spacing, chain articulation and roller geometry. Alignment holds the drivetrain in a defined position while controlled rotation distributes contact across multiple micro-points. Surface particles are displaced without altering tooth profiles, chain plating or dimensional stability and the lubricant film remains intact.

  • No abraisive interaction
  • No chemical wash-out
  • Smoother drivetrain
  • Consistent power transfer
  • Less deep cleaning

Lubrication stays intact

Water and degreaser remove particles but they also remove the lubricant film that separates metal surfaces in the drivetrain. Gearrista works differently. Particles are displaced through controlled dry interaction, while the existing lubricant film remains intact. Nothing is washed out, nothing needs to be reapplied.

Developed in Denmark

Gearrista is developed by Danish engineers and refined over three years through iterative testing across a wide range of drivetrain setups. Every interface is defined by geometry, tolerances, and repeatable motion. As drivetrains become more precise, they also become more sensitive to particle accumulation.

Gearrista matches that precision, interacting only with chain and cassette surfaces without adding load to frame, derailleur or bearings. Compatible with both mechanical and electronic shifting systems. Produced in controlled batches to ensure consistency in every unit.
